Freddy has over 40 years of experience guiding organizations to excel in having human resources successfully meet their personal and corporate goals, using time tested and universal values.
His endeavors have taken him to a varied set of industries, corporate and family ownership settings, ranging from world class petrochemical industries, private investment funds, 100 years old newspaper companies and global business franchises.
Mr. Goerke has also been a university professor in fields of Chemical Engineering, Franchise Management and recently in a high-level program in Management Development for the Plastics Industry.
He is a Chemical Engineer, with Master of Science degrees in Gas Engineering and in Management, obtained in Venezuela, U.S.A and Belgium.
He has attended special training programs at Harvard Business School, Babson College, University of California and at the Imperial College in London.
He is a Certified Conscious Business Coach, graduated under Dr. Fred Kofman’s direction, at his Conscious Business Center International online program and he has followed a Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction program that he practices regularly.
