- Conscious Purpose- It is often for a purpose, that someone is willing to give own enthusiasm and commitment. This cannot be obtained by just monetary packages to executives and operations team. The reason for the company to exists, its mission, is something that conscious leaders aligns teams around, and instead of creation of silos, get full commitment of entire organization.
- Conscious Values- These are universal values, not based on anyone specific that most people aspire to live by. Love, Peace, Humility, Happiness, etc. are some of the values that a conscious business model exhibits in each activity.
- Conscious Being- Nobody or no organization can flourish without individual person is authentically happy. It is well accepted the even an organization cannot flourish beyond the consciousness of its leader. When one aligns values in interactions, decision making, it is possible to achieve higher level of happiness and well-being. These can be also stated as People, Processes and Purpose.
